This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today has reappointed Smt Shikha Sharma as Managing Director and CEO of the Bank for a further period of three years with effect from 1st June 2015 i.e. for the period 1st June 2015 to 31st May, 2018. The re-appointment is subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank.
