Baronsmead VCT 2 plc Directorate Change

The Directors announce that Mr Godfrey Jillings, a Director of Baronsmead VCT plc, has today resigned as a Director of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc in order to ensure Baronsmead VCT 2 plc does not breach the revised listing rule relating to the independence of directors. The Directors regret that the listing rules now applying to venture capital trusts have made this necessary and would like to thank Mr Jillings for his very valuable contribution to the Board during his appointment.
