Board change

TWL announces that Robert Ross White (Commercial Director) has resigned from the Board of TWL and its subsidiaries with immediate effect.

Following the resignation of Robert White the board of TWL comprises Lord E T Razzall CBE (Chairman) and Andrew Flitcroft (Finance Director) who will together sit on the Company's audit and remuneration committees which will be chaired by Lord E T Razzall CBE.

The Board intend to appoint a replacement executive director to the Board and the Company will make a further announcement in due course.
