DQE, the global entertainment production and distribution company, announces that Mr. Sanjay Saxena has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect, due to his other commitments. The Board has accepted his decision with regret.
Commenting on the announcement, Tapaas Chakravarti, Chairman and CEO of DQE, said:
"Sanjay has made a tremendous contribution to DQE and his business skills and wealth of experience have been invaluable. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
