Bisichi Mining PLC ("Bisichi"), the listed mining company with direct coal mining operations in South Africa, announces the resignation of Tom Kearney, Commercial Director, from the board effective 31st July 2009. Tom Kearney has accepted a position with another company.

Andrew Heller, Managing Director of Bisichi, said: "Tom has made a substantial contribution to Bisichi during the past six years and we wish him every success in his new role."
