AMCO Corporation PLC22 December 2006 Amco Corporation Plc 22 December 2006 Planned board changes Amco Corporation Plc announces that its executive chairman Stuart Gordon hasindicated his intention to retire on a date in 2007 no later than the AGM on 27June 2007. Stuart Gordon will have been chairman of Amco for some 24 years.Mike Speakman, non-executive director, intends to retire on 6 March 2007.Mike will have been a director for some 11 years. It is hoped that the appointments of the chairman designate and the newnon-executive will be announced early in the new year.
