Directorate change

Wren, the property development group and specialist retirement home developer of Extra Care facilities, announces that following a Board meeting held earlier today Michael O'Donnell, Financial Director has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 18 February 2011. Mr. O'Donnell is to pursue other opportunities and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
