Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC announces that Sean O'Connor will retire as a non-executive director of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 15 June 2011.

Mr O'Connor has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2001 and has made a major contribution to the Company since his appointment. The Board wishes to thank him on behalf of Graphite Enterprise shareholders for all his hard work over the last ten years and to wish him the very best for the future.
