Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company")
Board change
Pollen Street Secured Lending plc announces that David Fisher has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect from 21 July 2020.
Michael Cassidy will assume the role of Chairman of the Company's Risk Committee. The Company remains in an Offer Period under the Takeover Code and the Board will consider the appointment of an additional non-executive director in due course.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Fisher for his involvement and wish him well for the future.
