Board Change

Harbour announced on 4th June 2026, that it had been notified by BASF Handels-und Exportgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung ('BASF') that its interest in the Company had fallen below 25 per cent.

Under the terms of the relationship agreement between the Company and BASF dated 3 September 2024, BASF is entitled to nominate two directors to the Board for so long as it holds 25 per cent or more of the Company's issued share capital. Following the reduction in BASF's shareholding below this threshold, its nomination right has reduced to one director.

Accordingly, Hans-Ulrich Engel has stepped down as a BASF‑nominated Non‑Executive Director of the Company with effect from 8th June 2026.
