Boohoo, one of the UK's largest pure-play online, own brand fashion retailers, announces that after almost 3 years involved in the business of Boohoo.com, both before and after its AIM listing, Mark Newton-Jones has advised the board of his intention to step down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2016. Mark is CEO of Mothercare plc and Chairman of Graduate Fashion Week.

 

The Board has commenced a search for a new Non-Executive Director to replace Mark and a further announcement will be made in due course.

 

Peter Williams, Chairman of boohoo.com plc said, "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mark for his positive contribution to the board in the conversion from being a private to a public Company and in particular for his retail insights".
