BTG plc - Directorship Change
Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 9.6.11, BTG plc (LSE: BTG) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Peter Chambré will retire as a non-executive director of the Board at the end of his six year term of appointment on 25 September 2012. Garry Watts, Chairman of BTG, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Peter for his many contributions to the Company's development while serving on the Board and Board Committees over the last six years. We wish him well for the future".
The Board is progressing the search for an additional non-executive director.
