Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, announces that Krish Sundaresan, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company with immediate effect. Krish is taking up the role of Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Investments PJSC, the largest listed investment company on Dubai's Financial Market starting 9 September 2015 but Krish will continue to assist Action Hotels where requested until a successor is appointed.

Alain Debare, Action Hotels CEO said,

"We are disappointed to see Krish leave Action Hotels. We are setting in motion a search for his successor. We have a strong finance function and are confident it will meet the Company's needs until a successor is appointed."
