Bank of Ireland announces that Mr. Patrick O'Sullivan, Deputy Governor and Senior Independent Director, retired following today's Annual General Court ("ACG").
Mr. Patrick Haren succeeds Mr O'Sullivan as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Patrick Kennedy succeeds Mr. O'Sullivan as Deputy Governor with immediate effect.
