Commercial International Bank - Egypt's Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of two non-executive board members: Eng. Naguib Sawiris, a leading Egyptian entrepreneur and businessman, and Mr. Walid Shash, Head of the MENA Institutional and Private Wealth Management Business, UBP Geneva. The Board is looking forward to the contributions of these two highly reputable gentlemen, who, based on their vast experience and knowledge, will strengthen our institution.

The Board's above decision is still pending the approval of the Egyptian financial regulators.
