Board Changes
Specialty metal exploration and development company Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF) (AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or the "Company") announces today the resignation of Mr Adrian Byass as Non-Executive Director of Wolf Minerals Limited.
Adrian Byass, a founder member of the Company, has resigned from the Board today to concentrate on his other commitments with ASX companies. The Board would like to extend its sincere gratitude for the guidance and insight provided over the past six and a half years.
Wolf is transitioning the Company's focus, changing from exploration and development to construction and production.
