Pittards PLC05 October 2006 Pittards plc, producers of technically advanced leathers for many of the world'sleading brands of gloves, shoes, luxury leathergoods and sports equipment, (theCompany) announces that Steve Johnson, Managing Director of Pittards Leedsdivision, stepped down from the board on 30 September 2006. This follows the announcement earlier in the year that the Leeds site would beclosing in late 2006 and its business reorganised between Pittards' other sitesin Yeovil and overseas. Steve leaves us with our thanks for his help anddedication during this difficult time and our best wishes for his future career.
