Board appointment
James Cropper PLC is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 26 September 2016, Mr Steve Adams has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Managing Director of the Company's paper business. Steve's employment with the Company began on 1 January 2017.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Phil Wild, Chief Executive Officer, said "We are delighted that Steve has started his role with us as Managing Director of the paper business and we look forward to embracing him within the organisation as we strengthen relationships with our customers and continue to grow our paper business."

In the past five years, Stephen Anthony Adrian Adams (aged 52), has been a director of 3M Touch Systems UK Limited.
Mr Adams hold 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
Other than the information contained within this announcement, there are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Mr Adams under Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
