Committee Change

Ocado Group plc (the "Company"), on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, announces that the Board has approved the following Committee change:-

Emma Lloyd, Non-Executive Director since December 2016, will become a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 2 February 2021. This follows the resignation of Claudia Arney as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of the Ocado Group Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, as previously announced.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
