Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 26 June 2007 that Howard Golden, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares on the market at €1.2705 per Ordinary Share for a total consideration of €127,050.

This purchase brings Mr Golden's interested holding in the Company to 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
