Director Shareholding

The Board of RHM announces that Cheong Chia Chieh, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 51,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 04 April 2013 at a price of 8p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Cheong Chia Chieh now has a total interest in 9,196,804 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 22.42 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
