Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 6 April 2010 that on 31 March 2010 John Hodgson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 315,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of approximately 15.9 pence per share via an off-market transfer. Following this transaction, Mr Hodgson's interest in the Company is 315,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
