PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") Director's HoldingOn 8 March 2005, the Company was informed that on the same day Mr StephenHazell-Smith, Chairman of the Company, purchased 700,000 shares of the Companyat a price of 6 3/8 pence per share. This holding represents 0.8 per cent ofthe Company's issued share capital. Of these shares, 350,000 are to be registered in the name of Mr S J Hazell-Smith and 350,000 are to be registered in the name ofRock Nominees Limited.Following this purchase, Mr Hazell-Smith is beneficially interested in 700,000shares of the Company.ENDPLUS Markets Group plc
