Burren Energy PLC07 December 2007 7 December 2007 Burren Energy plc ("The Company" or "Burren") Director Share Sale The Company was informed today that on 9 October 2007, Sunfloat ShippingLimited, the sole shareholder of which is Andrei Pannikov, a Director of Burren,sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1171.25 pence pershare. Following this sale, Mr Pannikov is interested in 10,737,179 ordinary shares,representing 7.61 per cent of the total voting rights of the company.
