DIRECTOR share OPTIONS
Mytrah, the India-based renewable focused Independent Power Producer, announces that it has granted the following share options to Ravi Kailas (Chairman and CEO), Rohit Phansalkar (Non-Executive Director) and Russell Walls (Non-Executive Director).

The options vest in equal installments over 3 years.
In addition, all the share options currently held by Mr Phansalkar and Mr Walls, as set out below, are to be re-priced to 77.5p per share.

Ravi Kailas has informed the Company that he has transferred the new share options provided to him for nil consideration to the Raksha Trust*.
* The Raksha Trust is a Jersey based discretionary trust settled by Mr Ravi Kailas, of which he and some of his family members and also a philanthropic trust are discretionary beneficiaries.
