Henry Boot PLC ('the Company'): Retirement of Mr. Douglas Greaves as a Director
As previously referred to in the 2009 Half-yearly Results issued on 27 August 2009 and in the Preliminary Statement of Results for 2010 issued on 23 March 2010, Mr. Douglas Greaves will retire as a Director of the Company on 30 June 2010 after 55 years service with the Henry Boot Group, 25 years of which were as a Director of the Company.
