Director Resignation

VinaLand Limited (the "Company" or "VNL"), announces that Mr Bruno Schöpfer has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, ahead of his assumption of a senior management role in Europe. 

Mr Schöpfer is a hospitality sector specialist who helped the Company grow to be Vietnam's largest foreign owner of hotels.

Commenting on the resignation of Mr Schöpfer, VNL Chairman Horst Geicke said "The Board and investment manager would like to express their sincere gratitude to Mr. Schöpfer for his contribution to the Company during his tenure. Over this period, he has delivered invaluable experience and insight to the Board that will continue to deliver benefits to the Company in the years ahead.  We wish him well in his new senior management role in Europe and he departs with our best wishes."
