Trinity Mirror plc announces that Lee Ginsberg, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is also a non-executive director of Softcat plc. Softcat plc was admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from Wednesday 18 November 2015.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Lee Ginsberg.
