We wish to advise that Mr Graham Allan and Mr Adam Keswick, Directors of the Company, were appointed as directors of Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd, a publicly quoted company, with effect from 30th March 2015. Dairy Farm's previously announced minority investment in Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd is expected to complete in mid-April 2015.
