DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

Barclays PLC ("Barclays") have announced today that Mike Turner (CBE), Non-Executive Chairman of Babcock International Group PLC, will be appointed as a non-executive Director of Barclays with effect from 01 January 2018.

 

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
