On 2 April 2019, Computacenter plc (the 'Company') was notified that Minnow Powell, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Superdry plc and will stand down with effect from 1 July 2019 following completion of a contractual three-month notice period.
