BTG plc - Directorship Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14R

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, BTG plc (the "Company") confirms it has been notified that on 23 August 2013 Garry Watts, Chairman of the Company, was appointed as Non-executive Chairman of Foxtons Group plc. Foxtons Group plc was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 25 September 2013.
