In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the 'Company') reports that Irene Dorner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an independent non-executive director and chair-designate of Taylor Wimpey Plc with effect from 1 December 2019. It is anticipated that she will assume the role of chair following the announcement of Taylor Wimpey's 2019 full year results on 26 February 2020.
