Appointment of new Director

Mr Peter Dunscombe

The Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Peter Dunscombe has accepted an invitation to join the Board as a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee, with effect from 1 January 2014.

Mr Dunscombe is currently a non-executive Director of Murray International Trust plc and GCP Student Living plc and has previously held the role of Head of Pensions Investments for the BBC Pension Trust, which invested in private equity.

Mr Dunscombe has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.

There are no details required to be disclosed pursuant to 9.6.13 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
