Thomas Cook Group plc Non-Executive Director Declaration

Thomas Cook Group plc announces that Nigel Northridge, one of its Non-Executive Directors, will join the Board of Debenhams plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from Friday, 1 January 2010.

Nigel Northridge is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Paddy Power plc, Senior Independent Director of Aggreko plc and Non-Executive Director of Inchcape plc. 

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
