In connection with the recent announcement of the appointment of Mr. John Poulter as a Non-Executive Director of 4imprint, with effect from 1 May 2010 and for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13, 4imprint announces that:

In the five years prior to the appointment, Mr. Poulter has been a director of Spectris plc, Filtronic plc and Smaller Companies Value Trust plc, but is no longer a director of any of those companies.

Mr. Poulter holds no shares in 4imprint.

There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
