Further to the recent Board announcements:

In accordance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange (the "Listing Rules"), the Company hereby confirms that Mr John Gallagher has no disclosures to make.

In accordance with Rule 6.6.7 (3) of the Listing Rules, Ms Cara Ryan has advised the Company of the following:

• Ms Ryan was a director of Manor Park Homebuilders Limited which was put into voluntary liquidation with the full consent of creditors and shareholders May 2012.

• Ms Ryan was a director of Invescape plc which was put into voluntary liquidation with the full consent of creditors and shareholders in July 2008.

• Ms Ryan was a director of KI International which was put into voluntary liquidation with the full consent of creditors and shareholders in September 2009.

In accordance with Rule 6.6.7 (1), (2), (4), (5) and (6) of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that Ms Ryan has no disclosures to make.
