As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company advises the following changes to the information disclosed in respect of Mr Matthew Peacock and Mr Vasa Babic, both Non-executive Directors of the Company:
Mr Babic was appointed as a Non Executive Director of Plasmon Plc on 23 May 2008
and Mr Peacock resigned as a Non Executive Director of Plasmon Plc on the same date.
