Further to the regulatory announcements released by the Company on 2 March 2009, John Grahame Whateley, the Chairman and a non-executive director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that the following companies of which he is an executive director, were placed into administration on 5 March 2009:

Wellingborough Engineering Limited; 

Castlemore (Temple Quay 7) Limited;

Spring Rugeley Limited;

Wigston Investments Limited;

Castlemore Edinburgh Limited.
