Director's Disclosure Update

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company announces the following changes to the director's disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Lobster Harvest Ltd, an unlisted aquaculture company incorporated in Australia and for which A Samaha is a non-executive director, has been placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation. A Samaha is an executive director of Altona.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
