Dividend Payment and Record Date

As announced in the Preliminary Results of GoCompare.com Group plc ("GoCompare"), earlier today, the Board of GoCompare has recommended a final dividend of 0.7 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Final Dividend"), which will be subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 May 2018. The Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders, is to be paid on 25 May 2018 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 4 May 2018 (the record date). The ex-dividend date will be 3 May 2018.
