On 3 May 2018, Computacenter plc (the 'Company') was notified that Dr Ros Rivaz, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CEVA Logistics AG ('CEVA') on 3 May 2018.

Following an initial public offering, CEVA's registered shares have been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with trading anticipated to commence on 4 May 2018.
