Trinity Mirror plc announces that David Kelly, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has also been appointed as a non-executive director of The Gym Group plc, with effect from 5 July 2016.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of David Kelly.
