Stellar, the London listed (AIM: STEL) diamond development company focused on West Africa, has been notified that, Karl Smithson, CEO, today sold 5,531,283 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence per share. The Company was also notified that Karl Smithson, today bought 5,531,283 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.253 pence per share through his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
As a result of this transaction Karl Smithson's holding remains unchanged at 7,021,284 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
