Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Company's Chief Executive Officer as he joined the Company on 12th August 2013 (the "Grant Date"). Options over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares were granted. Details of the option grant are set out in the table below:
