Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 10 July 2013 that Yerlan Aliyev, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 860,000 shares in Frontier on 09 July 2013 at a price of 1.45 pence per share. This is his first direct holding in Frontier Mining Ltd. and represents 0.04% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the Company. He is also a 33% owner of Coville Intercorp Ltd, which holds 873,215,000 shares in the Company, representing 46.9% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the Company.
