Nasstar, the cloud service provider, announces that Tony Eve, Nasstar's Finance Director, has today purchased 45,248 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 11.05p per share. These shares are being held in Mr Eve's SIPP. As a result Tony Eve now holds 358,133 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.67% of the issued share capital.
