CVS, the UK's leading provider of veterinary services, was yesterday notified that Nick Perrin, the Company's Finance Director has purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 314.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nick Perrin is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
