Director Appointment

The Company announces that, following recommendation of the Nomination Committee, Selina Sagayam has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Ms Sagayam has also been appointed to the Company's Remuneration Committee and Risk Committee.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
