Director Appointment and Board Re-organisation

Tangent (AIM:TNG), announces the appointment to the Board of Jamie Beaumont, 34, as Chief Financial Officer as of March 16th 2015.

Kevin Cameron, currently Finance Director, will move to focus exclusively on the performance of Tangent's print operations as Managing Director of Tangent's print services business, based in Newcastle

Kevin moves to his new role, focused on overseeing the rationalization of our print operations. Jamie Beaumont previously worked at LSL Property Services PLC, prior to which he was CFO and Director at David Phillips Limited, the furniture specialist for three years. Jamie qualified at PwC and graduated with a first class degree from Oxford University.
